A few days prior to the live event, the
event organizers will receive the link to the presentation. This link can
be used to view live event or to view the presentation at a later
time. Ask your event organizer for the link to the presentation you'd
like to view.
Once you have linked to a presentation you
will see a screen similar to this:

This is the Webcast
Viewer. It has many
controls and functions available while viewing a presentation.
Ask A Question
If the webcast you are viewing is live you may have the ability to ask questions via a moderator
simply by clicking the Ask button directly above the video
window.
Video Controls Below the small video window are controls that
let you pause the video, move the slider bar to a specific
time, stop the video, mute the
sound or display the video full screen.
If you look specifically at the video
window, you will notice the following:

The video/audio will load and play
automatically. The video can be paused by clicking on the pause
button. Once paused the video can be moved to a specific point in the video by clicking and
holding the slider button and moving to the desired time. Notice the elapsed
time will change when you move the slider
bar.

Using the Slide
Window
The Slide Window is
synchronized to the video/audio. If you change where you are in the video, the
Slide is automatically synchronized. Similary, a presentation may be played from a specific
Slide in the Slide List. If you
click on Slide List, smaller images of each slide is displayed
in the Slide Window. You can
then select a specific slide to play from by clicking Play From
Slide under that slide.
Available
Options
The Options tab allows you to change the number of slides
displayed per page (on-demand)
and if the Full Size Window will auto refresh when used (Broadband
Only).

To display the current slide full screen,
click on the magnifying glass in the lower right corner of the Slide Window or
click on Max Slide.
