If you have an event you'd like us to webcast, or record for on-demand viewing at a later date, begin by submitting a Service Request through the DET Operations website. This easy to use, browser based system ensures your request will be logged and monitored.
Next, provide us with basic infomation regarding your event using the Webcast Event Request form. We will then contact you to set up a brief meeting with the event organizers, to work out the remaining details. Be sure to book our services at least two weeks prior to your event, to ensure our availability.
If your event is being held in a conference room in the DOA Building please reserve the room one hour prior to the event and 1/2 hour after the event to allow for setup and disassembling of equipment. Events held outside the DOA Building may require additional setup and testing time.
